Setting up your mail client
If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express then first
try the following settings
Outlook Express Tools / Accounts / Add / Mail
Display Name is your Full Name
Click on I already have a Email Address enter it as e.g. paul@crayfourds.com
Click Next
Incoming mail server is POP3
Incoming mail = pop3.crayfourds.com
Outgoing mail = smtp.crayfourds.com
Account name is your full email address e.g. paul@crayfourds.com
password - as your where advised by Croftonite
Click Next/ Finish You should now see a mail account
called either pop3.crayfourds.com
Select it & click on Properties
Change the Mail Account Name to your name - domain ( Paul-crayfourds.com) in the general tab
Select Servers
Tick on Outgoing server requires authentication
Click on OK Outlook
Tools/Services/Add/Internet Mail/OK
Then follow as for Outlook Express.
